About Us
Formerly known as Mardi Gras Bengal Cattery, DiCaprio Bengals is located just a stones throw away from the beautiful Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Just minutes from Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountain National Forrests, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, we are able to combine daily living with a never ending vacation type of atmosphere. There are over 11 million visitors annually to this area that we call home. For those who enjoy nature and outdoor adventures, East Tennessee is chock full of fun and surprises.
Aside from our passion of raising and showing Bengals, we are involved with the normal trappings of daily life for most people. Denise is a Physician Assistant who sees, diagnoses and treats patients at a nearby Family Practice Clinic. Greg is a Registered Nurse working in a local hospital Emergency Room. As Bengal enthusiasts, it's important to know that our incomes are not derived from, or dependent upon, kittens that we produce in our cattery. Our Bengals are our hobby and not our retirement plan!
In addition to our Bengals, we also share our home with a few other friends we would like you to meet.
